New Country House

Fowlers secured planning permission for an exceptional new country estate, nestled within 22 acres of prime Hampshire countryside. The house is designed in the traditional Georgian style with brick and flint in a nod to the architectural vernacular of the area.

Spanning nearing 7,500sq ft across three floors, the house has an integrated garage, a stand-alone garage and storage building, as well as approved planning consent for a tennis court and a secondary dwelling.
