Fowlers secured planning to demolish the existing house and replace it with a new 6,000sq ft family home as well as fully renovating and converting dilapidated farm buildings.
Centred around a square courtyard the new house was constructed in traditional white Lias stone. On the north side of the courtyard the farm building was renovated and turned into a high specification shoot barn. The house and the barn were then connected via a glazed oak framed link to create over 10,000sq ft total.
