We achieved planning permission in 2008 for a two storey extension and renovation in Wiltshire. The new space maximises enjoyment of the beautiful grounds.
This cottage has a number of Listed Buildings close by, and is also in the village Conservation Area. The original cottage was only one room deep. It also had a narrow span of only two rooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
As a result, the extension allowed for the property to become an enjoyable, functional, family home. In particular, the ‘garden room’ area makes full use of the beautiful outdoor landscape.
