We designed this split level extension in Hampshire to transform a small two bed property into a 4 bed family home.
Stepping down from double to single storey provides a generous amount of space without disturbing the property’s surroundings. This sympathetic design meant planning permission was easily obtained, following which the project was tendered out to local builders.
