This development in Hampshire has recently been completed, so we took the opportunity to take some colourful autumnal shots as the new homes settle in.
This development put us in finalist position for the Planning Awards in 2015 for the Award for Planning for Housing Growth.
The site is on the edge of the village of Over Wallop, as well as a nearby woodland. We achieved planning permission in 2015 for this scheme, despite it being outside of the Village Settlement Boundary.
The design is for 35 homes, including 40% affordable homes, and nine are to M4 (2) Standards (Lifetime Homes). There is also a good mix of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes, as well as green open space.
Another positive result of the scheme will be £75,000 that is going towards a new sports pavilion in the village.
This is the view from the main road into Over Wallop, where a belt of mature trees screens the new houses.
See our Town Planning Services for more information on our strategic planning.
