A Grade II listed former solicitors office converted into a family home, including this wonderful open plan family room. The project was finished in 2017, after we secured planning permission in 2016.

“Beautiful family home”
“From start to finish the team at Fowler’s were a joy to work with. When we took on the building the project appeared very daunting. Converting a rabbit warren of solicitors’ offices with no central heating, 4 basins, 4 loos and a kitchen sink seemed utter madness. At the outset we explained our vision and desire to create a beautiful family home. The very first drawings demonstrated that not only had our vision been understood but Fowler’s had enhanced it with some terrific additional details. Over the course of the refurbishment some changes were made to the original design, always in keeping with the original concept and invariably enhancing both the practicality and visual impact of the home we were creating. In addition, the co-operation with our builder was exemplary which is unusual! I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
Open Plan Converted Office
The biggest change took place to the rear of the house. The new extension includes a spacious dining room, with a new open kitchen that leads round to the family space. The glass wall follows the corner, which fills the space with light.
