Introducing a wonderful Grade II* Listed Building extension in Hampshire. Grade II* Listed Buildings represent just under 6% of all Listed Buildings in England, making this a really unique addition to our portfolio.

Grade II* Listed Building Extension

We gained planning permission and Listed Building Consent for an extension, and a new driveway, at this rare and impressive house in 2015.

We worked closely with an independent heritage consultant, who described the house as “…a fine example of an early 17th century gentry house…”. As the project involved extending a previously altered service block attached to the main house, our designs were not in danger of damaging the most important historic features. Nevertheless, this house required a sensitive approach, and our clients are delighted with the result.

Our clients then commissioned us to discharge the planning conditions and take the project to tender in 2016.
