We secured planning permission in 2011 for extensions and alterations to our clients Listed stone house in rural Oxfordshire.

The house is Grade II Listed, and also sits in the local Conservation Area. Despite this, we were successful with the local council.

Our plans have created unique and useful new spaces, which make the most of this charming building.

As well as this, we also achieved permission for alterations to a thatched cottage in the grounds of the larger house.
