Our clients wanted to replace an old garden room to make way for a new kitchen and larder in their country mansion.

We achieved Planning Permission in July 2013 for this, as well as some interior changes. Although not a Listed Building, the house sits in a Conservation Area, and so our design needed to be appropriate.

The new kitchen measures roughly 9 by 6.6 metres. This is now a generous and elegant space, which also leads onto a new garden terrace.
