We gained Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent in 2012. The plans involved interior alterations, as well as a small extension to this manor house in Wiltshire.

The house sits outside the local Conservation Area, however it is still in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The buildings’ size stayed largely the same, however the changes on the inside have created a more functional home. It now gives our clients modern, open-plan living, while keeping a lot of original features.

The house also had some poor-quality work done during the 20th century, and so we corrected these as well.
