We achieved planning permission in early 2017 for a new detached family home on this site. The plot is now for sale with the planning permission to replace the old house.

The Pines will replace the existing bungalow. It will also make the most of the views of the beautiful Hampshire countryside surrounding Goodworth Clatford.

The new house has been designed in a traditional farmhouse style, with a timber clad barn section to the side. The glazed central hallway links the two sections, and has a lovely double height space.
