Belle Vue Road in Andover Approval

A residential development received full planning permission to convert two buildings into a pair of semi-detached houses and three new build homes. The former commercial site on Belle Vue Road was derelict, so plans to redevelop started in 2015. More recently, the Council reintroduced exemptions for small scale developers. Our approval took advantage of this, so that our client would not have to pay a significant levy. As a result, this scheme will provide a range of homes for the community.
