Planning Permission News June 2019

Our latest news from the Planning team on some of our recent planning permissions.

Update: New Garden Village for Ludgershall

Fowlers have successfully negotiated the approval of reserved matters for a major residential scheme in Wiltshire. Our appointment as Planning Consultants stems from our original work securing Outline Planning Permission in 2017.

We worked with the appointed architects and the project team to ensure these much needed homes can be delivered for the local community. The development includes affordable and open market houses.

Listed Building Planning Permission in the New Forest

Fowlers has secured planning permission and listed building consent for internal alterations to this listed building situated in the New Forest.

The work includes removing a chimney breast to create a much larger kitchen and dining area, fit for modern living. The project also involves upgrading the entrance staircase, as well as interior changes to allow new access to the garden.

Extension Planning Permission in Hampshire

Planning Permission was granted in May for two extensions and a garage at an impressive country house. The site is in the Hart District Council countryside in Hampshire.

Some existing parts of the house have already been demolished. The extensions will allow the interior family space to be re-orientated so that it can enjoy wide views across the garden and rolling countryside beyond.
