Fowlers have successfully helped local residents object to a planning application for the erection of two dwellings in Hampshire.
Following submission of objections to the planning application that was refused by the local planning authority, the decision was appealed.
The planning appeal has now been dismissed by the Planning Inspectorate – a great result for local residents.
They concurred with the objections on the grounds of failure to comply with the criteria for permitting housing outside of the settlement boundary, and the adverse impact on the recreational value of the right of way and the protection of the countryside.
