New Houses in Herriard
Fowlers recently secured full planning permission for new houses in Herriard, including the sub-division of an existing dwelling into two separate residential units. As well as this, approval for the erection of three new build dwellings within the curtilage of the existing property. The site sits within the village of Herriard, just south of Basingstoke.
Approved at Committee
The application was recommended for refusal, but at Development Control Committee members voted unanimously to approve the application – a fantastic result for both ourselves and the client.
The lead planner on the project was Mark Pettitt.
