London Home Extension and Refurbishment: our recent Planning Permissions

We’re proud to share our recent planning permission successes in London. We’ve recently gained planning approval for a home extension in London, as well as a Grade II* listed building refurbishment.

House Extensions in London

More and more people are improving their homes instead of moving these days. London presents unique challenges for extending property, but home extensions don’t need to be massive to have a big impact on quality of life.

Grade II* Listed House Refurbishment in Richmond

We successfully achieved permission for a refurbishment of a Grade II* Listed Building in Richmond. The home needed an internal overhaul, and our designs included adding an en-suite bathroom and dressing room. This will involve adding new walls, as well as some other minor changes.

Putney Home Extension

Another addition to our London property portfolio is an extension in Putney. Our clients wanted more space in their semi-detached house, and so we designed an extension over an existing flat roof for an extra bedroom. We made sure the design was in keeping with local character which helped us succeed in getting planning permission.

The floor plans show how challenging these typically tall and narrow London homes can be. Our designs make the most of some unused space on the top floor, and an extra bedroom means more space for the family.
