Grain Silo Conversion Planning Permission

One of our more unusual projects recently got planning permission. A grain silo conversion, as well as a number of barn conversions, were approved earlier this summer.

This represents a major success for us, because the site is in such a difficult location. It’s outside any Settlement Boundaries, and is in a picturesque spot on the Wiltshire/Berkshire border.

National policy favours reusing old buildings, so by redeveloping this farm, we made the buildings viable again.

A closer look at the plans show a design that makes the most of the giant silos. Our Architecture team have created a really unique but functional family home.

Barn Conversions

The rest of the development is made up of barn conversions. We also added some extensions to maximise on space, and again create comfortable family homes.
