Delivering an excellent service to our clients is always our top priority, and we will endeavour to maintain this while we continue to adjust as the Covid-19 situation continues to develop, whilst still protecting our most valuable asset: our team.

We would like to make you aware that we have updated our current measures as follows:

• The majority of our team are working remotely, where they can securely access emails and project information to provide normal levels of service. Where working remotely is not possible, all staff are maintaining strict social distancing and hygiene measures, continuing to follow government and NHS advice on hygiene in the office, hand-washing, coughs and sneezes, and self-isolation if a member of staff develops symptoms.
• Our phone line on 01672 569 444 and our emails on enquiries@faap.co.uk remain open during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) to receive phone calls and answer queries. If you need to speak to a specific person, they can be reached by email, or may be able to call you back.
• Our office buildings are closed and we are not able to receive members of the public or clients for meetings, queries or to print drawings. Please call us on 01672 569444 or email us on enquiries@faap.co.uk if you have any queries.
• We are holding meetings virtually via video and conference calls. If an in-person meeting is essential, we are maintaining strict social distancing and hygiene measures, and not exceeding 2 persons.

We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt our approach as necessary.

This is a difficult time for small businesses, and we hope our local economy here in Pewsey and Wiltshire will pull through this together with minimal harm.
