A message from us at Fowlers as the Covid-19 situation continues
Delivering an excellent service to our clients is always our top priority, and we will endeavour to maintain this while we make some adjustments as the Covid-19 situation continues to develop.
We have been planning in the office for while about how to manage any changes without compromising our communication levels and service to clients, whilst still protecting our most valuable asset: our team.
We would like to make you aware that from tomorrow we will be taking the following measures:
- The majority of our team will be working remotely, where they can securely access emails and project information to provide normal levels of service.
- Our office will still be staffed during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) to receive phone calls and answer queries. If you need to speak to a specific person, they can be reached by email, or may be able to call you back.
- We will still attend external meetings and site visits, however where possible we will encourage these to be replaced by phone and video calls.
- We are continuing to follow government and NHS advice on hygiene in the office, hand-washing, coughs and sneezes, and self-isolation if a member of staff develops symptoms. We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt our approach as necessary.
This is going to be a difficult time for small businesses, and we hope our local economy here in Pewsey and Wiltshire will pull through this together with minimal harm.
Please continue to support your local businesses wherever possible, and a big thank you to our clients for their understanding while we make these adjustments.
We will keep issuing updates as and when things change or return to normal.
If you have any queries, please call the office on 01672 569444 or email us on enquiries@faap.co.uk
