These luxury apartments in Pimlico were completed in 2017, and are a unique addition to our portfolio.
Luxury Apartments in Pimlico
The apartments sit within a converted office building in a historic part of London. The building is Grade II Listed and was originally designed by Thomas Cubitt.
We were commissioned as part of a wider team to produce technical design drawings. As the project progressed, we also produced the construction drawings, and assisted during this phase to see the apartments completed.
A particular feature of the building is the intricate plaster work, that was also restored during the project.
